TeacherTeacher Refund Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Use (Part B).
14 days, for any reason
You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a TeacherTeacher Cam plan, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, for any reason. We want every teacher to feel they got a fantastic deal.
How to ask
- Use the link in your receipt email, or
- email info@teacherteacher.xyz with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number.
Payments are processed by the payment provider named at checkout (Terms B8). Refunds are paid to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
After 14 days, fees are not refundable, except where the law of your place requires a refund, where we end a paid plan for a reason other than your breach of the Terms (we refund the unused part), or where we decide to give one.
Mistakes and unauthorised use (any time)
Please email info@teacherteacher.xyz as soon as you can, with what you can show (for example the receipt, the date and a short description), if:
- a charge was a mistake: we cancel the subscription, refund what is due and keep your account; or
- your payment method was used without your permission: we refund, cancel, and close the account that was bought with it.
Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time from the link in every email about your plan, or by emailing info@teacherteacher.xyz. No phone call, chat or reason is needed. Cancelling stops all future charges; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. To avoid the next yearly charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your emails.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and tell you, and we may move you to the free edition if it is not resolved within 14 days. Nothing you made or saved is deleted.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first, so we can fix the problem or refund you quickly.
Your legal rights
Buyers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other places may have legal rights to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund. This policy does not limit them.
Other purchases
We no longer sell one-off digital products. Sentence-bank packages bought earlier on our website (paid through PayPal) are still covered by the same 14-day promise: email info@teacherteacher.xyz with your PayPal receipt.
Delivery: digital only
We sell software and digital services only. Nothing is shipped. TeacherTeacher Cam is downloaded from this website, and your plan confirmation and receipt come by email.
