1 · Pick a blank face
Blank faces have no eyes, nose or mouth. They follow your head and cover your whole face. Change the colors on the right.
2 · Add hair (optional)
Make hair wider, taller or tilted with the size sliders and handles.
3 · Add face parts
Cartoon parts follow your face: eyes blink, wink and roll, the mouth smiles and opens. Place them anywhere on the mask, and resize them to fit.
4 · Your props (hats, glasses, extras)
1 · Your face photo (one time)

Look straight at the camera with a relaxed, closed mouth. You click your left eye, your right eye and the center of your mouth. Every mask is fitted to this photo, so it lines up with your face. Take a new one any time.
2 · Choose a mask picture
Upload your mask picture. If it has eye and mouth holes they are found and lined up with your eyes and mouth automatically. For a drawn face you drag three dots onto its eyes and mouth (5 seconds). Then stretch it to fit before you lock it in.
You can also drag a picture onto the head, or paste with Ctrl+V. Only the face is needed: cut the background out first in the Prop Maker.
Opens your saved Character Masks. The one you pick is drawn on the test dummy and stretched over your face, already lined up.
A clean check of the stretch itself. Your face photo goes on your head with its exact eye and mouth points, no soft edges and no skin matching. Sit like your photo and it should look just like you.
Making your own mask? For the best fit, start from the test dummy
- Download the test dummy picture below.
- Open it in your photo editor and put your character's face picture on top of it. Flip or mirror the picture if it needs it, then line the eyes and mouth up with the pink guide marks and the head with the oval.
- Hide or delete the dummy layer and export a PNG with a see-through background. Keep the same picture size as the dummy.
- Upload it here. It lines itself up on the dummy, so all that is left is fine-tuning it to your face.
Or start from a ready-made mask
Ready-made masks are already lined up on the dummy. Click one, fine-tune it to your face, then save your own copy.
